Epidemic-Prevention Measures for Brother Paul Wu's Memorial Meeting

Dear brothers and sisters in the Lord:

In response to the gradual spread of the COVID-19 epidemic, this meeting will comply with the response guidelines issued by the Central Epidemic Command Center and will adopt the following epidemic-prevention measures for the public gathering:

  1. For this gathering, the name, national ID number, contact phone number, and residential address of each attendee will be confirmed and recorded for reference. Please provide in advance any travel history to areas where the epidemic is spreading, any contact history with confirmed cases, and any respiratory symptoms. If any of the above applies to you, please stay home and do not attend.

  2. The air-conditioning system in the meeting place will increase its rate of air exchange, with fire-safety exhaust and forced ventilation carried out every 30 minutes to maintain good ventilation.

  3. Seats in the meeting hall will be spaced one meter apart, and all attendees will be assigned fixed seats; please be seated as directed by the ushering saints.

  4. The meeting is expected to last about two hours.

  5. Before the meeting, the hall and public areas will be disinfected with a 1% diluted bleach solution, and each seat will be disinfected with 75% alcohol.

  6. An infrared thermal imaging scanner will be set up at the entrance of the hall. Please first pass through the infrared checkpoint; anyone with a measured body temperature above 37.2°C will not be able to enter the hall.

  7. A disinfectant mat will be placed at the entrance of the hall. Please walk slowly across the disinfectant mat so that it can effectively keep viruses or bacteria on the soles of your shoes outside the hall.

  8. Attendees must wear a mask throughout. Before entering, alcohol will be sprayed for hand disinfection. Masks and related hand-disinfection supplies will be available in the hall for the attendees' protection.

  9. After the meeting, the venue and surrounding equipment will also be disinfected to strengthen epidemic prevention.

In order to safeguard the health of those attending this meeting, we ask for your understanding for any inconvenience caused during this period of epidemic prevention. We earnestly ask you to pray in many ways for the Lord's interests and for this meeting.
