The Church in SZ

Bearing the Blessing of the Fullness of Christ's Grace

Brother Wu not only served faithfully in Taiwan but also cared for the testimony in all places around the globe, and he was especially concerned for the Lord's interests in mainland China.

In 2008, at the time of the Wenchuan earthquake, the churches throughout Taiwan encouraged the believers with "a thousand per person to aid Sichuan," and the total amount donated was over ten million RMB; twenty-seven co-workers and elders of the churches also went to the disaster area, not only visiting the believers there but also going deep into the most severely stricken areas to console the local victims.

In 2010, the church in Taipei received a delegation from the State Administration for Religious Affairs of China in the Xinji Building and, together with the Dandelion Hope Foundation, jointly held the "Cross-Strait Christian Exchange Symposium," promoting friendly civil exchange in religion and culture across the strait.

In 2013, in order to expose and resist the Almighty God sect (Eastern Lightning), the churches in Taiwan initiated and, together with the various Christian groups in Taiwan, jointly issued the "Joint Statement of the Christian Churches in Taiwan," effectively curbing and guarding against the infiltration of the Almighty God sect.

In addition, Brother Paul Wu and the churches in Taiwan also cared for the Lord's testimony in our locality, coming many times to visit, bringing help in life and in the truth. May the Lord remember and bless them!

May the Lord comfort and strengthen Brother Wu's family and the churches in Taiwan, and may He be with you all! The saints here deeply appreciate and remember Brother Wu's service, and are willing to follow the footsteps of the flock and run the race set before us. In that day, we will enter the kingdom together with Brother Wu and all the slaves of the Lord who have gone ahead, to be with the Lord!
