The Expression and Testimony of the Lord
In 2009 I went from mainland China to Korea to study. That October there were Feast of the Bible activities in Korea, and Brother Wu and his party, along with the co-workers from Taiwan, came to Korea. When he saw us overseas students, Brother Wu cherished us especially, and at that time he even gave me a big embrace, like a loving grandfather, so that in that instant I, a lonely child far from home, received the greatest humanly tender shepherding! It warmed my whole heart and gave me tremendous encouragement. Afterward, no matter what kind of environment I encountered, I lived positively in the church life.
When I was little, I often saw Brother Wu in the videos; that day was the first time I saw him in person. Ten years passed, and I attended the full-time training in Korea. Brother Wu would come to Korea every year together with Brother Lin Hong to strengthen the churches in various places, and when I met him at the training center, Brother Wu could actually still remember me!
When I was little, Brother Wu was in my heart a great personage, an existence I had no opportunity to draw near to. The Lord's mercy, after I came to know the brother, let me discover that the Lord's servant was actually so humble, so amiable, so approachable! I have never seen the Lord Jesus, but Brother Wu was the best expression and testimony of the Lord Jesus!
