An Old Servant Serving a Young Brother with All His Heart

While I was studying in Germany and about to leave, a brother near me asked a sister who had come from Taiwan to bring me a Bible from the Gospel Book Room as a gift.

In the course of buying the book the sister ran into a small difficulty. Just then Brother Wu happened to be passing by, and after asking about the situation, he immediately bought this precious Bible at his own expense and gave it to me—even though he did not know me at all.

His heart was set on the propagation of the work in Germany, and he genuinely had a part in every detail of this place. That an old servant in the house of God should be so faithful in such small things gives us but a glimpse of the man.
