A Broad Heart; a Detailed Love
Going On Continually until the Lord Comes
One time, when I and the coordinating ones from Taichung attended the LMA fellowship, after it ended we were waiting for our flight at the airport and ran into Brother Wu. The brother warmly inquired about the situation in Taichung; his care was fully expressed, as if he were a member of Taichung himself. Another time, at my niece's wedding, Brother Wu was seated in the gathering very early, warmly greeting the brothers; he even shared how he had been stopped at the door by the receptionist and asked, "Who are you?"—telling it while laughing heartily at himself, and amid everyone's laughter the wedding gathering began.
Everyone says Brother Wu had a broad heart; I would add that Brother Wu had the detailed love of Christ, and was also approachable.
May the Lord bless the churches and the brother's family. We will tread in Brother Wu's footsteps and go on continually until the Lord comes.
