Overseas Propagation — Actively Advancing the Propagation in Europe, Russia, the LME, and the LMA

Brother Chen Xun (陳洵): Brother Wu knew deeply Brother Lee's burden for the whole globe, and especially how Brother Lee groaned that the Lord's recovery had not yet taken root in Europe! Therefore, in the wave upon wave of the Lord's move toward Europe, he strove to enable the churches in Taiwan to fight side by side with the Western co-workers. From 1997 to 2000, in coordination with the propagation in the countries of Eastern Europe, a large number of saints were sent out. In his fellowship with Brother Wu before they went abroad, we could touch how he cared for the daily living and the families of every one of them; he truly bore them one by one upon his heart.

Whether in the need of establishing a training center in London, England; in the spread of the testimony in France; in the gospel action and the expansion of the church testimony in Germany through receiving the wave of refugees; in the purchase of the good land of the LME (Living Stream Ministry Europe) in central Germany; or in establishing among the Chinese-speaking saints in Europe an atmosphere of pursuing the printed ministry, in all of these he gave his full support in many ways. He even disregarded his own life, visiting Europe many times together with the co-workers and entering deeply into coordination with the work of the Holy Spirit.

In Brother Wu's last public fellowship before he departed, he still, with his original intent unchanged, encouraged the young people to answer the Lord's call to go to all the earth. In the beginning Brother Lee dreamed that Taiwan would produce five hundred thousand young heroes to knock on doors throughout all the earth to usher in the Lord's coming, and Brother Wu was the one who truly fulfilled Brother Lee's dream. He was indeed like Epaphroditus, the co-worker whom Paul personally recommended—the apostle's brother and fellow worker and fellow soldier, and the church's apostle and the one who ministered to the apostle's need... who for the work of Christ risked his life, drawing near even unto death... He truly gave his all to the very end, ceasing only at death! We remember this pattern of one faithful unto death!
