Go, Tell His Disciples and Peter

On the night before a special fellowship, Brother Wu telephoned and specially mentioned my name, telling me to attend, so that he might have a little private fellowship with me. This warmed my heart like a warm current, just as on the morning of the Lord's resurrection the angel told Mary to go and tell the Lord's disciples "and Peter." The other disciples might not have taken it so to heart, but to Peter it was an exceedingly great encouragement and comfort. Even now I cannot forget it!

It was after I had been suppressed by my circumstances that Brother Wu had this sense to shepherd me, and to me it was an immense encouragement and comfort. Brother Wu's thorough and tender cherishing of a little sheep in the Lord, and his beautiful humanity, deeply moved me.

The second time was when the itinerary of the Advanced Studies Class reached central Taiwan. He came, and when he saw me he directly called me by name, saying, "You've come; are you well now?" How warming to the heart was this gentle word of greeting! A little brother like me was not worthy of such greeting and care from the brother; in this moment, the love of the Lord constrained me, moving me, reviving me, and engraving itself upon my heart.

I am willing to follow the Leader who is the pattern, to strive with all my might on the pathway of the Lord's recovery, and under the leading of this ministry, to exercise to live a vigorous life, to coordinate together in practicing the new way, to build up the Body of Christ, and to bring the Lord back.
