Unknown to Men, Yet Known to All

Seemingly unknown, yet all is known. Richmond, Canada, is a small city; though its population is not large, the number of saints there is at present the most of any church in all of Canada. This has much to do with Brother Wu; sometimes it could not be seen from the outside, but in fact, for the sake of the Lord's testimony he cared very much, not only in the matter of our building a large meeting hall, but even more in caring for our going on.

At the New Year of 2005, when we went out for blending, we hoped to practice consecration by everyone, all of us living a consecrated life together. After we fellowshipped with him, he gave no particular response. But just two days before the meeting we received a phone call—he had asked two co-working brothers to come and help. On that occasion nearly everyone, home by home, passed through the gate of consecration, and a very good foundation was laid. The Lord had mercy and afterward continually added to our number, and we learned that everyone could function. We are all thankful for Brother Wu's hidden service. It may be that even to this day there are still many saints who have received grace yet do not know all the reasons behind it. Thank the Lord for giving us such an elder brother. We will remember him forever!
